plotXpose for pre-Windows 10

The Zip file below contains all files necessary to install plotXpose on older versions of Windows. This can be downloaded into a folder on your hard drive. It will only run on machines using MS Windows operating systems pre Windows 10. The Zip includes a readme.txt file that provides full installation instructions as well as a comprehensive help facility.
