How are ANZ and ANZ Plus different?

ANZ Plus is ANZ’s digital banking service available in the new ANZ Plus app. The ANZ Plus app has a range of features that provide more visibility and control of your money and spending. With ANZ Plus, you’ll get:

You can only access ANZ Plus in the ANZ Plus app. You can't access other ANZ accounts in the ANZ Plus app.

Other ANZ bank accounts can be accessed through the ANZ App or Internet Banking, ANZ branches and over the phone.

How can I get ANZ Plus?

To sign up for ANZ Plus, first download the ANZ Plus app then follow the prompts.

Can I see my ANZ accounts in ANZ Plus?

You can’t view your other ANZ accounts in the ANZ Plus app. Only your ANZ Plus and ANZ Save accounts are viewable in your ANZ Plus app.

Your existing ANZ accounts are viewable in your ANZ app, ANZ Internet Banking (if you have these set up), or accessed at an ANZ branch or over the phone.

What is the cost of joining ANZ Plus?

What is the ANZ Internet Banking Guarantee?

Eligibility criteria apply to the issue of ANZ Access Visa Debit card. Fees may apply (for example, overseas transaction fees, overseas ATM transaction fees and non-ANZ operator fees). Please refer to the ANZ Personal Banking Account Fees and Charges (PDF) and ANZ Saving & Transaction Products Terms and Conditions (PDF) for details.

Eligible accounts and payments only – sending and receiving account must be capable of processing faster payments. Technical interruptions may occur and some payments may be delayed e.g. for security screening.

Monthly account service fee waiver applicable to ANZ Access Advantage accounts if you deposit $2,000 or more by the last business day of the calendar month. You must satisfy the monthly deposit requirement to be eligible for the waiver in a particular month.

Eligibility criteria apply. On application for the waiver by an eligible customer, the monthly account service fee will be waived on one nominated ANZ Access Advantage account. For more information on Exemptions and Concessions please refer to ANZ Personal Banking Account Fees and Charges (PDF).

A banded rate of interest means that different rates of interest apply to different parts of your account balance. For example, the interest we pay on the part of your balance between $10,000 and $50,000 may be different from the rate of interest we pay on the first $9,999 of the balance. Interest rates are variable and subject to change.

Provided you didn’t contribute to the loss, you let us know as soon as you found out about the loss and you have complied with the Electronic Banking Conditions of Use contained in your product terms and conditions.
